All Herman Miller chairs come with a 12-year warranty covering mechanical, structural, and moving parts, plus hardware. Mesh wear, including tearing and ripping, is not covered under warranty and is considered a paid repair. View warranty policy.

How long does a repair take?

Typically 5 days–2 months, depending on the issue and parts required. We'll give you a clearer timeline once we've assessed your chair.

Is my repair covered under warranty?

Mesh replacement is a paid repair. Other components (tilt, recline, base, and similar mechanisms) may be covered under your Aeron's 12-Year Warranty.
