Title

What's the difference between Rhythm, Sync, Logitech Embody, Balance and Medley fabric?

Embody comes in four core fabric types — Rhythm, Sync, Balance and Medley — plus the Logitech Embody Gaming Chair, which uses Sync fabric.

Rhythm: A smooth, jersey-like fabric with small pinholes woven in for breathability. Single-layer and solid in color, with a soft, resilient touch. A durable, understated choice for everyday use.

Sync: A three-layer knit with a soft, felt-like texture and a subtle heathered pattern. Built for stretch, hugging your body's curves with minimal pulling or creasing. The most cushioned, plush feel of the four, and the fabric used on our Logitech Embody Gaming Chair variants.

Logitech Embody: Our gaming-edition Embody, built on the same Sync fabric as above. If you like Sync's thicker cushioning and want the Logitech-specific colorways (Black, Cyan, Amethyst, Nova, Ignite, Galaxy), this is that variant.

Balance: A three-layer fabric with a fine dotted pattern: two thin outer layers and a thicker, more open middle layer with larger holes. That middle layer maximizes airflow, making it the most breathable option — though the structure is less pliable and can feel firmer under pressure than the other three.

Medley: A rugged, granular fabric with a soft, multi-tone pattern rather than one flat color — closer to classic upholstery than the smoother finish of Rhythm or the stretch-knit of Sync. Built to withstand daily use, and its varied shading hides everyday lint and dust well.

In short: Rhythm offers light breathability and cushioning, Sync (and Logitech, which shares the same fabric) offers the plushest, most cushioned feel, Balance is the most breathable but firmer underneath, and Medley offers a rugged, textured look.

Available colors:

Rhythm: Black, Charcoal, White
Balance: Black, White
Sync: Black, White
Logitech: Black, Cyan, Amethyst, Galaxy, Ignite, Nova

Medley: Feather Grey
