Return & Exchange Policy

At Atlas Lifestyle, all goods sold are final sale unless they meet the return and exchange eligibility criteria below. 

For the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered Chair only, we offer an exclusive 14-Day Risk-Free Trial. All other products do not qualify for this trial.

General Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective items or wrong size and wrong colour purchases
  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges
  • All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with original packaging intact
  • Items must be approved for return before being sent back
  • Upon approval, items must be returned within 7 working days or our earliest available collection date, whichever is sooner
  • Failure to return within the stipulated timeframe will void the refund and the goods will be considered sold

 

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A video if possible

Please note:

  • There is no charge for returns or exchanges of genuinely defective items
  • Atlas Lifestyle reserves the right to send replacement parts to resolve the issue
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of intentional or man-made damage

 

Wrong Size or Colour Exchange

If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, an exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies per item returned
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging intact
  • Customer bears the transport cost for return and exchange
  • Requests made after 7 days are subject to management approval

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, a 5% cancellation fee applies
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the same payment method used for the original purchase

 

14-Day Risk-Free Trial — Herman Miller Aeron Remastered Chair Only

Try it at home for 14 days at your own desk, in your own space. If it is not the right fit for you, request a return and receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

Trial Terms

  • Return window: Your return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Condition: Chair must be returned in good condition. Damage fees of up to the full purchase price may apply if the chair is returned damaged, stained, or with missing parts
  • Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You may arrange your own courier or request our delivery fleet for pickup at a fee
  • Refund: Processed within 14 working days of receiving the chair back in good condition via your original payment method
